Experience

Practising lawyer since 1998, he is a specialist in Corporate and Commercial Law, pursuing his career in the International Law Firm Clifford Chance (1998-2012) in the Corporate and Commercial department.

He has extensive experience in all areas of civil and commercial law, having participated in a large number of domestic and international transactions involving company and business acquisitions, joint ventures and reorganisations. He is also an expert in the negotiation and drafting of all types of commercial contracts.

Bodies to which he belongs:

Member of the Madrid Bar Association.

Profile

Luis’ strategy, agility and negotiation skills, together with his extensive experience, make him a versatile and effective lawyer capable of guaranteeing success. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and holds a Master’s degree in Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa (I.E.-C.E.S.J.E.). He has lived in New York and Belgium, and has just finished his studies in Philosophy.
