He began his professional career in 1990, providing services in the field of Tax Law in firms such as Iberforo, Landwell (Coopers & Lybrand and later PwC), Bufete Barrilero and Rivero & Gustafson.
Except for a few years in this speciality linked, in particular, to the family business sector, corporate succession and the creation of efficient tax structures for direct personal taxation of business people resident in Spain, his activity has been that of a general practice lawyer in the tax field.
Member of the Spanish Association of Tax Consultants (AEDAF).
Member of the Madrid Bar Association.
His wide ranging career and extensive professional experience allow him to advise both individuals and legal entities in tax affairs, in an optimal and reliable way. However, he specialises in the tax planning of companies, in problems of family companies and corporate succession, in matters of international taxation and defence of the client in inspection procedures and before administrative courts and courts of justice.
Studied at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, ICADE. He is a lawyer and has a degree in Economic and Business Sciences.
Teaching, publications, lectures
He has occasionally taken part in conferences and as a professor in Master’s degrees in tax affairs organised by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
