He began his professional career in 1990, providing services in the area of Tax Law in firms such as Iberforo, Landwell (Coopers&Lybrand and later PwC), Bufete Barrilero and Rivero & Gustafson.

Except for a few years especially linked in this speciality to the family business sector, inheritances and the creation of efficient tax structures for the direct personal taxation of entrepreneurs resident in Spain, his activity has been that of a generalist in the field of taxation.

Member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF).

Member of the Madrid Bar Association.


His extensive career and professional experience allow him to provide optimum and sound advice on tax matters to both natural and legal persons. However, his speciality lies in corporate tax planning, the problems of family companies and inheritances, international taxation matters, as well as defending clients in inspection procedures and before administrative bodies and courts of law.

He studied at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas-ICADE. He is a lawyer and holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies.

Teaching, publications, conferences

He has occasionally participated in conferences and as a lecturer in master’s degree courses on Taxation organised by Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
