Law graduate from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, he completed his academic training with a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy (IFFE Business School), and subsequently specialised in the area of Public Law by completing an Expert Course in Public Contracts as well as in General Government and Electronic Bidding.

He advocates the transparent and socially responsible use of public resources for the benefit of the community and the improvement of the quality of life.
