In her 14 years of professional experience at law firms and companies in Madrid and Barcelona, she has provided tax and commercial counselling to companies and private individuals, participating in corporate restructuring operations and national and international commercial contracting.
Member of the Spanish Association of Tax Consultants (AEDAF).
Member of the Zaragoza Bar Association (REICAZ).
She has developed her professional practice in different areas of taxation law, namely direct tax counselling and planning for private individuals and companies, representation in AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency) inspections and contentious-administrative proceedings before Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) offices, Regional Economic-Administrative Courts (TEAR) and the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ). Throughout her career as a lawyer, she has directed commercial transactions, several corporate restructuring consulting projects and has occupied the role of Secretary of Boards of Directors.
She has a Law Degree from Universidad de Zaragoza and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from Instituto de Empresa (IE) and in Tax Consultancy from Centro de Estudios Financiero (CEF).
