She has a strong profesional background in the field of corporate taxation. Throughout her career, she has been responsable for the comprehensive tax management and strategic tax planning of corporate groups, providing specialized tax advice to both individuals and consolidated groups.
She is actively involved in corporate restructuring transactions, due diligence processes, and the planning and implementation of complex tax strategies. In addition, she has extensive experience representing and defending clients’ interest before the Spanish Tax Authorities.
She is a member of the Alumni Association of the Center for Financial Studies (ACEF).
She holds a Law Degree from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and further specialized in tax law completing a Master’s Degree in Taxation and Tax Advisory at the Center for Financial Studies (CEF) in Madrid.
Throughout her career, she has specialized in advising companies on a broad range of tax matters, combining technical expertise with a practical understanding of the challenges faced by businesses. Her legal training equips her with a strong ability to analyze and interpret complex tax legislation, enabling her to provide effective and commercially focused solutions tailored to her clients’ objectives.
