In her 14 years of professional experience in law firms and companies in Madrid and Barcelona, she has provided tax and commercial advice to companies and individuals, participating in business restructuring operations and national and international commercial contracts.<\/p>

She pursues her professional practice advising in various areas of tax law, including direct advice and tax planning for individuals and companies, representation before AEAT inspections and administrative litigation before AEAT delegations, TEAR and TSJ. Throughout her career as a lawyer, she has been in charge of the management of commercial operations, numerous consultancy projects in company restructuring, and has acted as company secretary on Boards of Directors.<\/p>

She holds a degree in Law from Universidad de Zaragoza and a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from Instituto de Empresa (IE) and in Tax Consultancy from the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
