Practising lawyer since 1998, he is a specialist in Corporate and Commercial Law, pursuing his career in the International Law Firm Clifford Chance (1998-2012) in the Corporate and Commercial department.<\/p>

He has extensive experience in all areas of civil and commercial law, having participated in a large number of domestic and international transactions involving company and business acquisitions, joint ventures and reorganisations. He is also an expert in the negotiation and drafting of all types of commercial contracts.<\/p>
