Juan pursues his professional practice providing legal advice in various areas of business law. He has extensive experience advising on disputes of a civil, commercial and criminal nature.<\/p>

He specialises in advising companies in crisis situations, both in insolvency proceedings and in out-of-court restructuring processes, where appropriate, and as an insolvency practitioner. He has advised all types of companies in the negotiation of sale and purchase contracts, service provision contracts… and in all types of corporate transactions, sale and purchase of companies, conversions, amendments to articles of association, shareholders’ agreements, family charters…<\/p>
