Practising lawyer since 1993 and expert in environmental law. He advises industrial companies, waste manager plants, business associations and public administrations on all types of matters related to waste, water, odours, noise, environmental licences and authorisations, accidents, environmental liability procedures. He coordinates the criminal law team in matters involving crimes against the environment.<\/p>

With more than 25 years of experience in environmental advice, he leads this speciality at LIFE Abogados.<\/p>

He pursues his professional practice in advising both the Public Sector and companies, associations and managers in all types of matters: sanctioning, obtaining and modifying licences, negotiations with the environmental authorities, civil lawsuits with environmental implications, development of waste management strategies, etc.<\/p>

He holds a degree in Law from Universidad de Barcelona. Master in International Business Law from the University of Hull (England) where he specialised in environmental law.
