Practising lawyer since 1998, Associate Professor of Corporate and Commercial Law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid since 2003.<\/p>

Founding partner of Gallego Larrubia Abogados and partner of Laffer Abogados. Formerly a lawyer at the international law firms Clifford Chance and Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo. Founding partner of the Spanish Association of Minority Shareholders of Listed Companies (AEMEC).<\/p>

Specialised in corporate transactions and restructurings, M&A, divestment processes, resolution of corporate conflicts and shareholders’ agreements, civil and commercial contracts, transformations of sports clubs into sports limited companies, insolvency proceedings, insolvencies and pre-insolvency advice.<\/p>

He is an arbitrator in the Court of Arbitration of the Madrid Bar Association.<\/p>
